Prior to becoming our Interim CEO and President, Matthew V. Booty served as our Senior Vice President — Worldwide Studios since June 18, 2004. Prior to that, since June 1999 he served our wholly-owned subsidiary, Midway Amusement Games, LLC in various capacities in its product development organization, ultimately being promoted to Vice President — Product Development in June 2002.
